We return to league action full of confidence following a hard-fought 1\u20130 victory over URA FC at Hamz Stadium<\/strong>, a result that extended our unbeaten league run to five matches<\/strong>. The target is clear: stretch that run to six, secure a fourth successive league win<\/strong>, and claim a second consecutive away victory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Having remained unbeaten on the road this season<\/strong>, despite demanding trips to SC Villa, Mbarara City FC, BUL FC<\/strong> and URA FC<\/strong>, our focus will be on maintaining that impressive record as the league campaign continues to gather momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UPDF FC under the microscope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

UPDF FC come into Wednesday\u2019s encounter seeking stability and a much-needed boost in form as they attempt to make better use of home advantage in Bombo. While the Army side has shown flashes of quality this season, consistency has proved elusive, particularly against teams enjoying strong recent runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lion Army currently sit 13th on the league table with 11 points<\/strong>, just one point above the relegation zone, and have managed only one win in their last five fixtures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historically, this fixture has been tightly contested. Meetings between UPDF FC and Entebbe UPPC FC (formerly Gaddafi FC) have often been decided by fine margins, with neither side enjoying prolonged dominance.
