We continued our promising start to the Uganda Premier League season with a hard-fought 1\u20131 draw away to SC Villa at the FUFA Stadium, Kadiba in Namirembe, Kampala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game began at a lively pace, with both teams pressing for early control. We settled quickly and showed confidence on the ball, and in the 29th minute our persistence paid off. Tumwine Fazil \u201cCholpla\u201d<\/strong> chased a seemingly lost cause, putting the Villa backline under heavy pressure and forcing a mix-up between their defender and goalkeeper \u2014 the resulting error left Fazil free to walk the ball into the net to give us a deserved lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went into the break 1\u20130 up, having defended compactly and restricted Villa to a few clear openings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After halftime, the hosts pushed harder, committing more men forward in search of an equalizer. We stood firm for long spells, but in the 83rd minute, Villa leveled through a header from a corner kick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
