Uganda Premier League – Match Day 4, Saturday 26th October 2025
Fisheries Ground, Bugonga – Entebbe
We continued our steady start in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) with a well deserved 1–0 victory against NEC FC at Fisheries Ground in Entebbe, a result that moves us up to 4th place on the table.
The match kicked off evenly, with both sides creating early chances. NEC looked lively in attack, but our defense, led by captain Mujuzi, remained well organized. As the game settled, we took control of possession and began dictating play through midfield.

In the second half, our attacking rhythm grew stronger. Kawawa and Kyeyune each had several clear chances to extend the lead, forcing strong saves from the NEC goalkeeper. Despite missing opportunities that could have widened the margin, our persistence was rewarded in the 60th minute when Munguchi and Odongo combined smartly on the right. Odongo delivered a pinpoint cross that found Kawawa, who rose highest to head home the winner.

We saw out the remaining minutes with discipline and composure to secure all three points. The result reflects the team’s progress and attacking intent, though the number of missed chances leaves room for improvement
