Entebbe UPPC FC were left to rue missed opportunities as they were held to a frustrating 0–0 draw by Mbarara City FC in Matchday Four of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The Ankole Lions proved a tough proposition on home soil, having previously held both KCCA FC and NEC FC to goalless draws before welcoming The Printers to Kamwenge.

New signings Calvin Peter Emayu and Moro Swadick were named among the substitutes, while Head Coach Abdallah Mubiru retained the starting XI from the previous league outing against Lugazi FC.

The Game
The opening half was largely balanced, with The Printers enjoying more possession but struggling to break through a compact and disciplined Mbarara City defence. The hosts remained organised and looked dangerous whenever opportunities arose to counter, keeping UPPC from creating clear openings in the first half.
The second half brought greater urgency from The Printers. Moro Swadick and Calvin Peter Emayu were introduced at the interval, replacing Orit and Ssengendo, as UPPC looked to add more penetration and attacking threat. The changes immediately gave The Printers greater attacking impetus and they began finding openings behind the Mbarara defensive line.
The first of four major opportunities fell to Kokolo Reich Triomphe, who narrowly failed to connect with a well-delivered aerial cross. Moments later, Ambrose Kigozi found himself through on goal, but Mbarara goalkeeper Bashir Ssekagya produced a superb save to deny the UPPC striker in a one-on-one situation in the 63rd minute.
The hosts then came agonisingly close to breaking the deadlock with ten minutes remaining. A well-worked team move opened space for Mugisha, whose effort struck the crossbar.
Five minutes later, The Printers had another golden opportunity at the other end. Kigozi once again found himself one-on-one with Ssekagya, but the Mbarara goalkeeper got a crucial touch to the effort before the ball struck the post and went wide.
Despite a late push from both sides, neither team could find the decisive goal as the contest ended 0–0.
