Entebbe UPPC FC are delighted to confirm the signing of attacking midfielder Sadik Nasur Almahad, a versatile and experienced forward-minded player who adds creativity, intelligence, and attacking depth to the squad. He joins on an initial short term contract.

A Player with Top-Level Experience

Sadick arrives in Entebbe with a solid football résumé. He previously featured for Vipers SC, where he shared the dressing room with established names like Fazil Tumwine and Isa Mubiru. His development journey also saw him represent Adjumani Town Council FC, playing alongside Nelson Opiyo, before most recently turning out for Mbarara City FC.

His exposure at both competitive and high-pressure environments positions him as a valuable addition to The Printers’ attacking unit.

Tactical Profile

Almahad is naturally a central attacking midfielder, but his adaptability allows him to operate effectively on the left wing or as a center forward. Comfortable between the lines, composed in tight spaces, and intelligent in movement, he brings both creativity and goal threat to the final third.

His versatility gives the technical bench multiple tactical options — whether unlocking compact defenses or stretching play in transition.

Why The UPPC?

Speaking after putting pen to paper, Sadick cited the club’s direction and ambition as key factors in his decision.

“I chose UPPC because of the exciting project here, the experienced technical team, and the number of talented players in the squad. This is a place where I believe we can achieve something special.”

He already got a taste of action, earning valuable minutes in Tuesday’s Stanbic Uganda Cup tie against Kitara, and expressed optimism about what lies ahead.

Welcome to The Printers, Sadick.
